Thanks for stopping by thecornerwineandspirits.com. This blog began when i had a career in the Wine and Spirits industry. Working in this field opened my eyes to the world of taste and smell. I started out working in a Local wine shop learning how to taste wines properly and match them to food, this then brought on a passion for not just drink but food also as i feel the pair work hand in hand. Because of this i decided to leave the Wine shop and open my own small specialized deli selling good food and good drink, using my knowledge i created something which would show off my passion for food and drink. Because i get alot of questions on a day to day basis about food and drink in work i thought it would be a good idea to start posting interesting articles about anything food and drink as i know people are getting more interested in this area. I will cover everything from Space food to whiskey tasting! its all going to be on here so keep checking back.
